Scarecrow Entry Form
This is a local community festival, sponsored by Bendigo Community Bank, and organised by members and volunteers of the Dromana Community Garden. Our thanks to all the local businesses who have supported us (Please see sponsor board at the Garden)
All entries will be judged and prizes awarded to the winners in each category. Entry fee is $20.00 for each category. $10.00 for Mini scarecrow.
This fee includes a voucher for lunch or afternoon tea, which will be available during the festival.

THIS ENTRY FORM AND ENTRY FEE MUST BE DELIVERED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 20th WHEN ENTRIES CLOSE.
EITHER EMAIL TO Dromanacommunitygardens@gmail.com or deliver personally to Dromana Community House 15 Gibson Street Dromana. During office hours.
You will receive a receipt and festival plot number by the end of September.

Scarecrows must be delivered between 8 am and 9.30 on Saturday 18th October. Judging starts at 10am.
You will be given a plot number. A wooden structure with your no. and scarecrow title will be in position for you to display your scarecrow. Please bring a chair or hay-bale if your scarecrow is to be seated.
· All exhibits must be collected by 8pm on October 20th.
